Ooedo Onsen Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Asset Manager”) has adopted the following basic policy regarding antisocial forces.

1.	The Asset Manager shall reject any relationship with antisocial forces, including business relationships.

2.	If faced with improper demands from antisocial forces, the Asset Manager shall take a resolute attitude in firmly rejecting any such demand as an entire organization, from the president and chairman and other senior executives downward, and additionally oppose any such demand with all available legal means on both a civil and criminal basis.

3.	As a safeguard against improper demands from antisocial forces, the Asset Manager shall establish close relationships with external specialist organizations such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers.

4.	The Asset Manager shall not engage in clandestine dealings with antisocial forces or provide funds to such forces under any circumstances.
